SiteSmith Forms

Forms for your website, with the answers in one place.

Build a form, share its own page or put it on any website, and read every response in Workspace. It also works from WordPress, webhooks and a REST API.

What Forms does

Collect it, read it, send it on.

17 field types

Short and long answers, email, phone, number, website, date, time, dropdowns, multiple choice, checkboxes, consent and ratings, plus headings, text and page breaks.

On any website

A script embed that resizes itself, a plain iframe, or your own HTML posting to the form. There's a WordPress plugin to download too.

Templates

Start from a contact, quote, feedback, RSVP, sign-up or application form.

A responses inbox

Mark responses read, starred or spam, search them, and export them as CSV. Spam stays out of the export.

Webhooks and alerts

Signed webhooks (HMAC-SHA256) to your own server, and email alerts to up to 20 addresses.

A REST API

Read or write keys, each allowed 120 requests a minute.

Plans

Forms has a free tier, and its own plans.

Everyone gets the free tier, with no time limit. Pro and Business are one subscription per account for Forms, separate from Workspace+ and Pro. The limits and prices shown are the current ones.
