SiteSmith Dispatch
Calls, units and maps for your dispatch center.
Each dispatch center gets a console for dispatchers and a terminal for units on phones and tablets. Take calls, send units, and follow them on a live map or one you upload. It works for emergency services, events, businesses and roleplay communities.
What Dispatch does
Everyone on the same board.
Calls
A timeline for every call, units assigned and closed with a disposition, and suggested units by capability and distance.
A unit terminal
Units set their status, acknowledge calls, share their GPS position, run vehicle checks and press a panic button.
Maps
OpenStreetMap, or your own image maps calibrated for games, with zones, geofence alerts and points of interest.
Fleet
Vehicles, equipment, loadouts and inventory checks, with GPS trackers through Traccar or OsmAnd.
Records
People, vehicle and plate lookups, warrants and flags, BOLOs, and incident reports with approval.
Connections
A public API with keys, webhooks, a FiveM plugin, and links to the CRM, Boards, Help Desk, Chat, Meet and Forms.
Make it yours
Redesign Dispatch around how you work.
Lay out the pages, menus and forms yourself, on the same builder that runs across Workspace. Start from a template or a blank page.
The dispatch console
The board, a dashboard, calls, the map, records and pages of your own, the side menu and the top bar, plus the New call and New BOLO forms.
12 dashboard, 12 call form and 4 BOLO templates
Plans
Dispatch has a free tier, and its own plans.
Everyone gets the free tier, with no time limit. Pro and Business are one subscription per account for Dispatch, separate from Workspace+ and Pro. The limits and prices shown are the current ones.

Good to know
Good to know.
- Five modes: emergency, roleplay, event, business or custom.
- Messages to everyone, a unit, a person or a department. A panic can open a priority 1 call.
- Suggested units use straight-line distance, not road routing or traffic.
- The console is what you can redesign. The unit terminal and the management area keep their own layout.
- Callers aren't added to the CRM automatically.
