Arcade gives your game server community its own site and store, connected to the server: purchases run commands in the game, and player counts and bans come back. SiteSmith doesn't host the game server itself.

Packages that run commands

Each package runs commands on purchase, expiry, refund or chargeback, waiting for the player to be online if it needs to. Ranks can expire.

Checkout

Paid through your connected Stripe account, with guest checkout, coupons and gift cards.

Community pages

A ban list with appeals that go to Help Desk, applications through Forms, staff, rules, news, player profiles and pages of your own.

Voting and Discord

Vote links with a monthly leaderboard, and Discord webhooks for purchases, bans, applications and the server going down or coming back.

Plans

Arcade has a free tier, and its own plans.

Everyone gets the free tier, with no time limit. Pro and Business are one subscription per account for Arcade, separate from Workspace+ and Pro. The limits and prices shown are the current ones.

  • Four site themes: Blocky, Night City, Wasteland and Clean.
  • Live player charts, a read-only API and a public status endpoint.
  • SiteSmith takes a platform fee on each sale, currently 5% capped at $5.
  • Bedrock servers are status only.
  • There's no Discord role sync or bot, and no recurring subscriptions: ranks that expire are one-off purchases.
