SiteSmith Mail shows your business address and up to 20 connected Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or iCloud accounts in one inbox. People keep emailing you where they always have.
What Mail does
Mail tools, on the free plan.
Connect other accounts
Sign in with Google, Microsoft or Yahoo, or add iCloud and other IMAP mailboxes. Up to 20 per person.
Rules
Move, star, forward, mark as read or delete messages as they arrive, and block senders.
Send later
Write now and pick when it goes out.
Undo send
Take a message back for 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds after sending. It's 10 unless you change it.
Aliases and signatures
Send from other addresses you own, add signatures, and set an out-of-office reply.

Good to know
Limits and details.
- Attachments can add up to 35 MB per message. For bigger files, share them from Drive.
- A message can go to up to 100 recipients.
- Pictures from senders are blocked until you choose to load them.
- Contacts import and export as .vcf or .csv.
- Mail is in the SiteSmith app for iPhone and Android, with notifications for new mail.
