What Drive does

Anyone with the link can open the file or browse the folder, without an account. Links can expire after 1, 7 or 30 days.

Turn downloads off on a link when people should only look.
Previews
Open pictures, PDFs, video, audio and text files without downloading them.
Download as .zip
Download a whole folder as one .zip, up to 5 GB.
Save attachments
Save an email attachment straight to Drive from Mail.

- One file can be up to 2 GB.
- Files in the trash count toward your storage until you empty it.
- Search looks at file names.
