Pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months of Workspace+, Workspace Pro, a business app plan, Shipwright or a bundle. They redeem it with a code, or accept it in their SiteSmith account.

How gifts work
Paying, delivery, redeeming and refunds.
Pick a plan and a length
Choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. You pay once, on an invoice in your client area, and nothing renews.
Choose how it arrives
Get a code to pass on yourself, have us email the code to them, or send it to someone who already has a SiteSmith account to accept in their client area.
They redeem it when they're ready
Codes don't expire. The plan starts when it's redeemed (or when an earlier gift of the same plan ends) and runs for the months you paid for. Workspace+ and Pro go to the person; app plans, Shipwright and bundles go on an account they manage.
If they already pay for it
When they already pay us for the same plan, their next renewal moves back by the length of the gift, so they don't pay for the same months twice.
Refunds before it's redeemed
You can cancel a gift for a full refund any time until it's redeemed. Once it's redeemed, it can't be refunded.
No hosting
Bundles that include hosting can't be given as gifts. You can give the plans in them one at a time.
